Whether you need to get up and running in the shortest practical time-frame or you just need a quick refresher on an area of COSTAR that is new to you, we are ready to teach.

Because your training requirements and your availability are always changing, we can help you out with remote training using real-time computer to computer connection or have one of our trainers visit onsite. 

Our trainers are not only knowledgeable in COSTAR but have real industry experience and will take the time to listen to you and make sure that your training suits your business.

SOFTWARE SUPPORT

We’re Here To Help You!

Microhouse provides a complete support network for your COSTAR system.  Our National Support Team will provide both technical and end-user support for COSTAR from 06:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday.

When you call us, you will speak to real people and we will do our best to resolve your issue on the first call.  Our average return time is under 30 minutes, so, unlike some support desks, you won’t be waiting for days just to hear back that someone is looking into it.

With our Self-service Support Portal you are easily able to log and trace the progress of any of your support calls as well as access a variety of Knowledge Base articles, How-To’s and more.
